Features

9.Die-cutting rubber roller adopts mechanical transverse moving device, about 40 mm, and controlled by pneumatic device. The tool mould moves up and down to prolong the service life of rubber .

Paper feeding unit

1. The manual chain-type paper feeding system is adopted, which can make the general curved cardboard pass smoothly.

2. The tension of the chain is adjusted manually. The worktable is a thickened , thickness is 5mm.

Die Cutting unit

1. Die-cutting roller for the high quality centrifugal casting materials, balance correction, hard-chrome plating.

2. Wallboard for high-quality steel material, 50mm thickness , and large processing center production

3.Polyurethane rubber imported, easy of installation, could die 12,000,000 times,

4.Mechanical lateral movement is about 40 mm , decrease the pads wear .
