Plasticizer configuration:
1. Control system: PLC man-machine interface is adopted for the whole machine action control to display the real-time monitoring function of mechanical action. It can display multiple languages, such as Chinese and English, so as to realize the multi-function and intelligence of the system.
2. Computer: the program is simple, fast and easy to operate (intelligent touch screen computer). The computer program does not hurt the gas needle, the mixing port is flat and completely cut off (programmed by the factory).
3. The reducer adopts domestic first-line brands (international trade, hard tooth reducer) with low noise and stable operation.
4. Motor: all copper frequency conversion special motor of large manufacturer is adopted, the whole electrical appliance adopts Chint brand, and the proximity switch adopts imported brand.
5. The oil cylinder adopts hob heavy national standard oil cylinder (GB national standard oil cylinder), and the oil station system adopts high-efficiency, energy-saving and low-noise oil pump system.
6. Screw: adopt Zhoushan brand 38 chromium molybdenum aluminum and nitriding no less than 60 wires. The length diameter ratio is 1:25 and the output is high (new screw with high production capacity). The screw design can not only meet the high output of the screw, but also ensure the uniform plasticization.
7. The screw is heated by aluminum tile fan with good thermal insulation, and the high-temperature fan automatically cools down. The whole machine adopts intelligent temperature control meter.
8. Die head: it adopts central feed split type and core complementary flow channel type, with uniform wall thickness and fast color change, which can meet the different needs of customers from single layer to three layers. The inner part of the die head is finely ground and plated with chromium, the flow channel is smooth, the color change is fast, the inner and outer parts of the produced products are smooth without traces, and the surface of the products is smooth.
