Sterilization system combined with balance tank, feed pump, plate type heating exchanger, separator(Option), homogenizer, hot watere system, temperature control system concentrated acid and alkaline dosing system.
Procedure
Product go through the heat exchanger from perheating, heating, sterilize to cooling. It can handle whole milk, skimmed milk, incomplete skimmed milk and cream with different fat content.
1.Excellent heat exchanger, high heat recovery rate over 90%. The consumption of steam can reach 30-40kg per ton.
2. Use the back pressure design at product side, guarantee the pressure of processed product side is always bigger than unsterialized side, prevent the pollution risk due to the damage of plate.
3. Whole machine all use 304 or 316L stainless steel and meet the GMP standard.
4. Main control parts, valves all use international brand which has long service life and high reliability.
5. Use PLC control panel, steady temperature control and have automatic re-flux system for product to make sure the 100% sterilizing effect. AB and SIMENS system available.
6.Simple structure easy to clean and operate, also with low maintain cost advantage.
7.Customer can add fat standardization, homogenize, evaporation system.
