Description
Tubular sterilizer is a kind of heat exchanger, which is composed of heating tubes, front and rear covers, centrifugal milk pumps, etc. A stainless steel heating tube is installed in the shell to form a heating tube bundle, and the shell and the heating tube are connected through a tube plate. The fresh milk flows through the tube, and the steam passes between the tube bundles in the shell to heat the fresh milk to achieve the purpose of sterilization. If the sterilization temperature is not reached, the fresh milk can be refluxed and then sterilized again. This equipment is mainly used for heating, disinfecting or cooling milk, fruit juice and other foods. The sterilization temperature can reach 85 degrees -138 degrees. Residence time is 3-15 seconds.The unit is pre-assembled and tested before it leaves the factory. The installation on site only require connection to external service such as product inlet and outlet, water, steam, air and electricity.
