2. Product design concept：
Prefabricated cabins are important components of new energy prefabricated cabins.
(1) In terms of anti-corrosion, a three-layer anti-corrosion coating system of primer, intermediate paint and topcoat is currently mainly used. The dry film thickness and coating material selection should be based on the atmospheric corrosion environment to carry out differentiated anti-corrosion design;
(2) Thermal insulation insulation In terms of heat, the cabin enclosure is filled with insulation materials such as rock wool or polyurethane foam. Anti-cold and thermal bridge design should be considered during design to avoid or reduce the generation of condensation;
(3) In terms of mechanical properties, the cabin adopts an integrated frame fully welded structure or a fully bolted structure, which should meet stress scenarios such as snow pressure, wind load, earthquake, and hoisting.
