Substation prefabricated cabin is an outdoor smart substation launched by State Grid based on the core concept of "standard distribution". The use of prefabricated cabin structure has become an important measure for the secondary equipment carrier in the construction of smart substations. As the pace of smart grid construction accelerates, the construction of substations lags behind. In order to speed up the construction cycle of smart substations, State Grid Corporation of China has proposed a standard distribution substation construction model. Through the plan of "standardized design, factory processing, and prefabricated construction", the rapid promotion and practical use of smart substations (prefabricated cabins) can be achieved.
2. Prefabricated cabin anti-corrosion technology
When prefabricated cabins are exposed to the atmospheric environment, they will undergo electrochemical reactions with CO2, SO2, moisture, etc. in the atmosphere, causing atmospheric corrosion. In addition, CO2 and SO2 in the atmosphere dissolve into the water film on the metal surface to form acidic substances, which promote metal corrosion. Corrosion pits form on the surface and develop into stress corrosion, resulting in a continuous decline in the cold-brittle resistance of the steel structure, increasing the risk of brittle fracture, reducing the steel structure's load-bearing capacity and earthquake resistance, and endangering the safety of people and equipment.
