1. Control system: PLC man-machine interface is used for the action control of the whole machine, which displays the real-time monitoring function of mechanical actions, and can display multiple languages, such as Chinese, English, etc., to realize the multi-functional and intelligent system.
2. Computer: The program is simple, fast, and easy to operate (intelligent touch screen computer). This computer program does not hurt the needle, the mouth is smooth, and it is completely cut off (our own programming).
3. Reducer: It adopts domestic first-line brand (hard tooth surface reducer) with low noise and stable operation.
4. Motor: It adopts all-copper frequency conversion special motor from large manufacturers, the whole machine adopts Chint brand, and the proximity switch adopts imported brand.
5. Oil cylinder: HOB heavy-duty national standard oil cylinder (GB national standard oil cylinder) oil station system adopts high-efficiency, energy-saving and low-noise oil pump system.
6. Screw: use Zhoushan brand 38 chrome molybdenum aluminum and nitride not less than 60 wires. And the length-diameter ratio is 1:25, and the screw design can not only meet the high output of the screw, but also ensure uniform plasticization.
7. The screw is heated by an aluminum tile fan, which has good heat preservation, and the high temperature fan automatically cools down. The whole machine adopts an intelligent temperature control meter.
8. Die head: The central feeding split flow and core complementary flow channel type are adopted, the wall thickness of the parison is uniform, and the color change is fast. From single layer to three layers, it can meet the different needs of customers. The inside of the die head is finely ground and chrome-plated, the flow channel is smooth, the color change is fast, the inside and outside of the produced products are smooth without traces, and the product surface is smooth.
