Mining Slurry Hose. Pure Gum Liner. Tough, rubber, to replace inflexible steel tube. The easy hand and reusable flange system make installation a snap. Absorbs system vibration and saves wear. Compensates thermal expansion and contraction and reduces noise. Flexible connection for hard piping misalignment. In mining and other highly abrasive places, slurry hoses have internal linings to mitigate abrasive wear on the hose. Besides, the main pipelines used in high abrasive pumps are also usually lined with rubber or other material to reduce wear.

Mining Slurry Hose Construction:

Tube: Black NR/SBR 

Reinforce: Multi ply synthetic fabric with wire helix.

Cover: Black corrugated NR/SBR, abrasion and weather proof.

Application:

It is to handle abrasive and viscous slurries in mine and quarry. They can also be used to handle dry materials such as sand, gravel and grains. The external bolt on the flanges allow for easy operation and free flow.
