Factors affecting the smooth and stable operation of the eccentric shaft assembly of hydraulic cone crusher: 1. The wear-resistant disc under the eccentric assembly is worn. In terms of structure, the wear-resistant disc plays a supporting role for the whole assembly, but when it is worn, the force during support cannot be balanced, which will make the whole assembly unable to run smoothly. 2. The bushing quality is unqualified, the bushing quality is poor, can not meet the requirements, and is replaced frequently. However, due to the strict installation requirements of bushing, lower frame body and eccentric shaft, it is very troublesome to replace. If it is not handled properly, it will cause the assembly to run unsteadily.
Requirements for no-load test run: (1) after the assembly of spring cone crusher, the no-load test run of no less than 2H shall be carried out continuously in the manufacturer with motors with the same working speed and lubrication stations with similar performance. (2) The self rotating speed of crushing cone shall not be greater than 15R / min. (3) The bevel gear shall not have periodic noise. (4) The oil supply pressure shall be within the range of 0.04 ~ 0.1MPa, and the high return oil temperature shall not exceed 50 ℃. Requirements for load test run: (1) continuous operation for 72h, (2) the oil supply pressure shall be within the range of 0.04 ~ 0.1MPa, and the high return oil temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃.
The crusher shall be equipped with interlocking system of electrical protection device and its auxiliary equipment. The spring overload protection device of crusher shall be safe and reliable. The safety operation sign shall be fixed at the obvious position of the crusher. The noise sound pressure level of the crusher during no-load operation shall not exceed 90dB (a). The cone crusher has three kinds of crushing cavities: standard, medium and short head, and two support modes of spring and hydraulic pressure. It has the advantages of reliable operation, light wear, less dust and not easy to over crush. The standard cone crusher is selected as the medium crushing processing of stone.
