Application ofPoultry Pellet Machine:

Feed pellet making machine is a key equipment for producing pellet feed. It is characterized by highoutput,good performance,low energy consumption,low noise and fine appearance.It is an ideal equipment for producing variouspellet feed for poultry,animal fish and shrimp.
1.Animal feed pellet making machine is mainly used for making pellets for poultry and animal feed.
2. Main raw materials arecorn, bean, wheat ,rice husk, etc.
3. Diameters of the die ringcan be 2-10mm, length can be 5-20mm.





Feed Pellet MachineStructure:

1 Feeder: for feeding the feed raw material into the conditioner.
2. Conditioner: raw material are ripened and sterilized due to the vapour steam. which can improve the digestibility of the feed, promote the absorption, increase the feed meat ratio and reduce the production cost.
3. Vapour steam inlet connection with steam boiler.
4. Pellet making: the ring die and press roller inside work together to make the raw material into pellet.
5 . Main motor : driving the pellet making system.



1. Feeding Motor: Feeding motor forcing powder materials into the small conveyorand then into the mahcine
2. Screw of the conditioner and steam meter: Conditioner controls the moisture of the materials and degree of maturation.
3. Stainless steel conditioner: Normal conditioner cover alloy steel outside and stainless steel inside, and also customized both stainless steel.
4. Ring die cover: It protects the ring die and force materials into the pressing room.
5. Ring die: Ring die have two types: alloy steel type and stainless steel type. Customized by customer.
6. Oil Fan: Oil fan helps to reduce oil temperature in the gearbox to ensure good working.




TF Feed Pellet MachineFeatures:

1. Main drive adopts high accurate gear drive, with an output of about 20% higher than belt drive, and the die adopts the quick removing clamps.

Poultry Feed Pellet Machineis widely used in feed pellet line:

1. Raw material receiving system
The material receiving is the first process of feed production, also important to ensure continuous production and feed quality. The raw material has ground cereals, powder ingredients, liquid and other microelements. We can add the granular pre-cleaning machine to clean the raw material.
2.Crushing system
The ground cereals, like corn, wheat etc.. need to be grindto powder materials. Then dispatch to the batch bin. The main equipment in this process is hammer mill
3.Mixing system
The batch mixing is the core in the production line, and this process has semi automatic type and automatic type. Considering about the customers' benefit, semi-automatic mixing is better for capacity less than 5t/h. And automatic type is better for large capacity above 10t/h, to save labor. The automatic batch mixing is needed to input the formula to the computer to control the material adding in each batch bin. After batching, each material will enter into the mixer. Mixer is the main equipment in this process.
4.Pelletizing system
It is to process the powder feed into pellet feed. The whole process contains magnetic separation, conditioning, pelletzing, cooling, crumbling, sifting.
1) Conditioning and Pelletizing: The pellet mill is working with steam boiler, which supply steam for the conditioner.
2) Cooling: The pellets coming out from the pellet mill is with moisture 16%-18% and temperature 75ºC-85ºC. Under the condition, pellet feeds is easy to crack and mildew in stock. Therefore, cooler is essential to cool down the pellets and reduce the water content.
3) Crumbling: In order to save energy, increase capacity and quality during production, big size of pellets is made by pellet mill and then crumbled into small granular according to different animal.
4) Sifting: The unqualified powder or clot will be caused after crumbling. Therefore, the feed pellets after crumbling need to sift to qualified products.
5.Packing system
The final process is to pack the feed pellets in bags. The weight per bag can be 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg etc.. according to customers' request.
