Double eccentric flange telescopic butterfly valve is a new product developed by our company on the basis of double eccentric flange type butterfly valve, telescopic and other products. Features of double eccentric flanged telescopic butterfly valve;

1, set double eccentric flange type butterfly valve and telescopic function as one, installation and maintenance is very convenient.   

2，The sealing between the telescopic tube and the valve body adopts a wedge-shaped sealing ring, which has reliable sealing performance and can guarantee zero leakage.

       Double eccentric flange type telescopic butterfly valve is used in petrochemical, food, medicine, textile, paper, water and electricity, ship, water supply and drainage, smelting and other systems, all corrosive, non-corrosive gas, liquid, semi-fluid and solid powder lines and containers for regulation and closure.

       Double eccentric flange telescopic butterfly valve has been widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, hydropower and other fields as a part of pipe system on-off and flow control. The butterfly plate of the telescopic butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipe. Within the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disc butterfly plate rotates around the axis, and the rotation angle is between 0°~90°. When rotating to 90°, the valve plate is fully open. This valve is generally installed horizontally.

     8. Drive mode can choose manual, electric or pneumatic.

      When the double eccentric flange type telescopic butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the valve plate of the telescopic butterfly valve is the main obstacle to the medium pressure loss, so the pressure drop generated through the valve is very small, so it has better flow control characteristics. The telescopic butterfly valve has two sealing types: elastic seal and metal seal. Elastic sealing valve, sealing ring can be inlaid on the valve body or attached to the butterfly plate peripheral.
