1. Is the generator used already?
Xinhongyuan does not make second-hand machines, only brand-new machines, and signs the formal contract. If there is a refurbished machine, a full refund will be given.
2.How long is the machine warranty period?
All generator sets manufactured by Xinhongyuan are covered by the global joint warranty, with one year warranty (except forman-made damage) and a lifetime warranty.
3.Is the generator easy to use? Is it easy to operate?

4.How to choose the suitable diesel generator set?
