According to Star on July 15th, Nairobi will become the focus of the global construction industry this week, with representatives from over 43 countries gathering here to participate in the 26th BUILDEXPO in Kenya - the largest international trade exhibition for the construction and building industry in East Africa. This three-day event will be grandly held from July 16th to 18th at the Kenyatta International Convention Center (KICC), and is expected to break previous records in terms of participation and influence. This exhibition will be hosted by Charles M. Hinga, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, accompanied by Regina A. Ombam from the trade sector and John L. Ololtuaa from the tourism sector. This fully demonstrates the government's strong support for the industry's role in national development. This year's expo covers multiple fields, including architecture, mining, lighting, woodworking, and water technology.
