Indian investor Rajiv Sharma stated that Ethiopia's ongoing economic reforms and deepening global engagement are creating a favorable environment for investment, signaling bright economic prospects for the country. In an exclusive interview with Ethiopian News Agency (ENA), the Indian investor, who has lived in Ethiopia for nearly 20 years, pointed out that the country's leadership has recently intensified diplomatic efforts, not only strengthening ties with major global partners but also opening new channels of cooperation. He specifically mentioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent visit, calling it a significant milestone: the visit elevated Ethiopia-India relations from bilateral cooperation to a strategic partnership, enabling the two nations to share experiences in industrial development and investment promotion. He believes this deepened relationship provides Ethiopia with an opportunity to learn from India's expertise in domestic manufacturing, industrial growth, and investment facilitation.
