Chinese company HARMONY Auto has officially established a branch in Tanzania, aiming to support the government's initiative to promote renewable energy and environmentally friendly transportation in Africa. The new branch will introduce BYD Auto to provide environmentally friendly transportation solutions for the local area, which is expected to significantly improve the travel conditions of local residents. At the press conference, the company's sales representative Hattib Hussain provided a detailed introduction to the technical features of the BYD Shark 6 car. He pointed out that the model adopts plug-in hybrid technology, and even if the fuel is exhausted, the battery can continue to be used through charging. Hussein further explained that after two hours of charging, the pure electric range of this model can exceed 100 kilometers. For customers who use high-speed charging devices (DC), the battery can be charged in just 30 minutes. It is reported that this advanced technology is expected to be officially launched in Tanzania soon, and private investment in the renewable energy sector is still ongoing.
