Over the past seven years, UAE's foreign direct investment in Uganda has surged significantly. The Ugandan Ambassador to the UAE predicts that once the oil refinery is completed, investments linked to the UAE could reach up to $7 billion, underscoring the strategic importance of bilateral relations.
