LXB42-1 type explosion relief valve has body, blasting film, gripper, bonnet, sealing ring and other parts. The blasting film is installed in the middle of the gripper, and is connected with the valve body by hinges. When the system overpressure, the blasting film ruptures and releases pressure instantly. The valve body and the valve cover are provided with a limit rebound device, and the valve cover can be reset quickly after springing. The sealing ring of the valve cover can guarantee that the air will not enter the system when the valve is under negative pressure. The valve can rotate the valve body and gripper with water skin when changing the explosive film. The operation is convenient and labor-saving.
